More about Mentorship Groups:
Mentorship is a structured, cohort-based forum for consultation, reflection, practice, and feedback. Groups are intentionally small, are scheduled for six weekly meetings, and have the opportunity to do structured reflection and integration work in between sessions.
The small-group, cohort format allows students to get to know each other and dive deeper into their learning and application than would be possible in a one-time consultation or training. The online real-time video-conference sessions and between-session work are designed to build on each other in a scaffolded, progressive learning and integration process.
About Foundations Mentorship:
Topics covered in Foundations Mentorship include: applying the COPE and FAITH frameworks to your work and your setting, what different nervous system patterns look like in students and clients and how to work with them, how systems of privilege and oppression are playing out in your work and how to address and ameliorate their effects, and case studies where we apply what we’ve learned to real-life situations and environments you’re working in.
Foundations Mentorship is for you if you: have taken at least one Trauma-Informed Yoga training (either Trauma-Informed Yoga Basics or Foundations in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Social Justice) and want an opportunity to reflect and deepen your understanding, and get feedback on how to integrate and incorporate what you’ve learned into your work and setting. Completing at least one round of Foundations Mentorship is also required for anyone applying for Foundations-Level Certification in the Collective Resilience Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification program.
About Facilitation Mentorship
Facilitation Mentorship is an opportunity to integrate and practice everything you've learned over the four CR TIY training modules. Students in Facilitation Mentorship must have completed both Foundations Modules and both Intermediate Modules to be eligible for Facilitation Mentorship. Completing at least one round each of Foundations Mentorship and Facilitation Mentorship is required for Intermediate Certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga through Collective Resilience Trauma-Informed Yoga.
Two partial scholarships are also available per mentorship group
Here's hoping I'll see you soon in a future workshop, class, or training!
I'd love to have you join me!
