I work with individuals (and sometimes small groups) in private sessions (currently by phone or video session) offering:

     --Somatic Experiencing (individual only)

     --yoga therapy (individual only)


     --private yoga asana sessions, including yoga for trauma healing, somatic yoga for nervous system regulation, yoga for body love and body liberation, yin yoga, and more

     --meditation consultation, instruction, and practice


     --iRest Yoga Nidra

     --yin yoga

     --co-meditative conversations with the body and emotions (individual only)

     --consultation on trauma-informed yoga, trauma and resilience in yoga and practice, working with LGBTQIA+ students or clients, working with students with larger bodies, yoga and the nervous system, inclusive languaging, accessible asana, and other topics relating to yoga, spiritual practice, diversity, equity, and social justice
