New clients: how to get started and schedule an individual session

If you have any questions or would like to discuss further, feel free to book a free 30-minute phone check-in to ask any questions you have and to feel out whether we're a good fit. Free 30-minute phone check-in for new clients can be booked through my booking page.



When you're ready to schedule an intake:

  1. Send your completed intake paper work either via email (filled-out pdf, or printed out, filled out on paper, and photographed or scanned is fine) to rwalvesyogatherapy@gmail.com, or by mail to RW Alves, PO Box 20501, Seattle, WA 98102.          **Please note: Postal mail will of course take longer, so make sure you mail it with plenty of time for it to get there before your scheduled session! (And remember that since it's a PO Box, I don't have access to mail delivered there after hours or on Sundays). If you do choose to mail your intake paperwork rather than email it, please do send me a quick email to let me know when you've mailed it, so I know to be looking for it before our intake session!**
  2. Click on the "schedule now" button on this page, which will take you to schedulicity scheduling site (you could also click on this link to go there!).
  3. Book an intake session (all intake sessions are 90 minutes) on a time and day that works for you (all sessions are currently being conducted via video). Check out and complete the transaction through the booking site; your time is reserved!


Then make a payment for your session by either:


  1. sending the appropriate amount via venmo to: @RW-Alves
  2. or by paying through paypal at: paypal.me/rwalves


And you're all set! I look forward to seeing you (on video) soon!
